Custom orders start with an inquiry where you’ll share your vision, budget, and general style. I’ll suggest fixture options, we’ll finalize colors, and a $100 deposit secures your piece and place in my queue. From there, I’ll begin work and keep you updated along the way.

Not at all! Many clients start with just a vibe, inspiration photos, or a space in mind. I’m happy to help guide the design process.

Pricing varies depending on the fixture, size, and level of customization. I’ll always confirm pricing before any work begins so there are no surprises.
For reference:
$250-$400 Accent Lighting (lamp, Sconce, Pendant, Flush Mount)
$400-$800 Medium Statement Piece (ie dining room chandelier)
$800-$1,500+ Signature chandelier (foyer, high ceiling)

Most custom orders take around a couple of months, though timelines can vary depending on the project and my current queue. I’ll give you a loose estimate up front and keep you updated as your piece comes together.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your fixture. The remaining balance is due once your chandelier is complete and shipping costs have been calculated, prior to shipment or pickup.

Both are available. Local pickup is offered in Oak Park, Michigan, and shipping is available globally. All pieces are carefully packed.
